Research on design methods of air conditioning and outdoor air systems in an extremely deep underground laboratory

The extremely deep underground laboratory project is a major national science and technology infrastructure project, with special environment, small space, high temperature and humidity, and high cleanliness control requirements, which proposes great challenges to the design of air conditioning and outdoor air systems. This paper proposes some measures including taking underground natural water source as air conditioning cold source, the combination of outdoor air radon reduction and adsorption radon removal to achieve the low radon requirements of the experimental device for the environment, rotary dehumidifier without outdoor air and exhaust air, non-standard customization of air conditioning unit,which effectively solves various design problems of the air conditioning system and outdoor air system in the extremely deep underground laboratory.
